For those looking to get that cardio time in without feeling like you’re working out, basketball is your weekly answer! Not only do we love the health benefits, the chance to get out with teammates and fellow basketball players can be a highlight of your week!
Basketball is a well-loved SSC sport. We play 4-on-4 basketball in a fun, high-energy and fast-paced setting every week – emphasis on FUN! Players need to bring their sneakers and a team ball and QSSC will take care of the rest!

This recreational league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 1 male and 1 female on the court each week.

Gather up a team of friends or register as an individual and we'll put you on a team with other individuals!
